Mineral Direction & Water Guide

Don't just drink water. Mineralize it.

Your body doesn't run on volume alone. It runs on electrical conductivity — and pure, heavily filtered water gives it none.

1. Start the day mineralized

Before the coffee, before the gallon jug: fill one glass and add your trace mineral concentrate. Heavily filtered water on an empty stomach is the worst version of hydration.

2. Never drink naked water

Every time you fill your glass, add a broad-spectrum liquid trace mineral concentrate. This turns water from an electrolyte-leaching solvent into a conductive transport fluid.

3. Make it a rhythm, not a dose

Minerals work best when they become part of your daily rhythm. Consistency across the day beats one large serving.

Why filtered water alone leaves you dry

You bought the high-end filtration system, you carry the bottle everywhere, and by afternoon your head still aches and your energy flatlines. Chugging gallons of pure, filtered water isn't saving you.

Heavy filtration strips water of its ionic charge, turning it into an aggressive osmotic solvent. Poured onto an empty stomach it acts like a sponge, tracking down your remaining intracellular electrolytes — sodium, potassium, magnesium — and flushing them away. You end up elementally poorer, running to the bathroom, and still parched.

Charged mineral ions act as the elemental anchor your cells require. They structure your internal water matrix so fluid can cross cell walls and lock into place. You don't need to force another gallon of dead water through your system; you need to put the electrical spark back into your glass.

Using each product

Every bottle carries its own directions and concentration in parts per million. Follow the label on the product you have, and keep bottles closed, upright, and out of direct sunlight.

  • Trace mineral concentrates. Mineral Max and Colloid-a-Scope are the broad-spectrum options to add to your daily water.
  • Single-element colloids. Silver, gold, copper, zinc and magnesium are taken on their own per the label rather than mixed together in one glass.
  • Sprays and gels. The 2 oz sprays and topical gels are for external use on the skin, applied as needed.
